Community Involvement
I've been fortunate to give back to the island through volunteer work with local nonprofits and community organizations, from town government, the Rotary Club, and the Civic League to youth sports and, today, my role as Vice President of Habitat for Humanity Nantucket.
Professional Work
I lead Congdon & Coleman Real Estate, the island's longest-standing brokerage since 1931, and Nantucket Rentals, a platform dedicated to high-quality vacation homes. Additionally I have developed real estate including affordable, year-round housing, residential subdivisions and luxury single-family homes. Across all my work, I stay focused on strengthening the community and helping Nantucket remain a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.
